All payments made for FNOTrader subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please use the free access or trial to evaluate all features before subscribing to a paid plan — once a subscription is activated, no refund requests will be entertained.
No refunds, no transfers
All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrades, or unused time when an account is open.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the chosen plan (monthly / quarterly / annual). Cancellation stops the next auto-renewal but does not refund the current period — your access continues until the existing period expires.
Try before you buy
We make every effort to give you a complete picture of what you're paying for before you commit:
- A free tier with core analytics so you can explore the product without entering payment details.
- A short paid trial (when offered) covering the full feature surface — chains, strangle tables, rolling ATM, scanners, charts.
- Detailed pricing and per-plan feature lists at any time before checkout.
- A live quote preview at checkout that shows the exact charge, including GST, before you confirm.
Please use these tools before subscribing — no refund requests will be entertained after a successful payment.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
Many of our plans are auto-renewal subscriptions billed via payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay). For these plans, the subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it.
You can cancel any subscription at any time from your subscription page on the portal:
- On cancellation, auto-renewal is stopped immediately.
- Your current plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- No refund is admissible for the unused remainder of the current period on cancellation.
- Discount coupons applied to a subscription are valid only for the first period — subsequent renewals charge at the full price unless otherwise stated.
Genuine billing errors
If you believe you've been incorrectly charged — for example, a duplicate payment due to a payment-gateway glitch, or a charge appearing without a corresponding active subscription — please contact support@fnotrader.com within 7 days of the charge with:
- The Razorpay payment ID (visible on your invoice email or on the subscription page).
- The date and amount of the disputed charge.
- A short description of what went wrong.
We'll investigate and reverse legitimate gateway-level errors. Note this is distinct from "I changed my mind" — that's covered by the no-refund policy above.
